   Proposal Description:
   Specific Aim 1: To determine if differences in domains of early cognitive changes noted in neuropsychological testing relate to severity of Braak staging at autopsy.    Specific Aim 2: To determine if early neuropsychological changes in specific cognitive domains are related to different clinical trajectories of dementia progression.
